Agreement between User and ProperPapers.com

Welcome to ProperPapers.com. The ProperPapers.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Proper Papers. ProperPapers.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of ProperPapers.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.


ProperPapers.com is an e-commerce site selling rolling papers and related accessories. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase.


ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, EMAIL INFO@PROPERPAPERS.COM BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.


We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Proper Papers product at a retail location, or through a website other than www.properpapers.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we ship to them.


If you purchased from www.properpapers.com and something is wrong with your order, you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified within 10 days of you receiving your product. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 10 days from the delivery date.


If a product arrives damaged or your shipment is missing any items, you must notify us the day of product arrival via phone or email at info@properpapers.com. The email must contain:

 

  • Your order number in the subject line (i.e., “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)”)

  • A description of what happened

  • Photo of the product in question

  • Photo of the box

  • Photo of the packing slip

 


Once we have received this information, a determination will be made. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer depending on the issue). Not providing all requested information may result in an automatic denial of your request.


For valid exchanges, return shipping will depend on the product(s) ordered and the available options. We will either send you a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse you for USPS First Class shipping. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US. WITHOUT RETURNING YOUR ORIGINAL PRODUCT AND CONFIRMING IT HAS NOT BEEN USED, WE CANNOT SHIP A REPLACEMENT.

Proper Papers Subscription Box Monthly Delivery

As a subscribed Proper Papers member, each month we will ship you a package with a different selection of products chosen by Proper Papers. Each month’s selection may change. Accordingly, Proper Papers cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular month will be available in any subsequent month.


BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH MONTH.

 

 

Products

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.


We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.


We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

 

Billing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.


The price of the products is payable in full before delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.


We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.


We use a third-party payment service to process orders securely. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Proper Papers to process and store your information with the third-party payment service.

 

 

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you cancel before the end of a pre-paid subscription term (e.g., 6 or 12 months), you will still be charged for the remainder of that term.

 

 

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, shipping and handling fees are included in your order total. Delivery times are estimates. For lost or damaged orders, you must notify Proper Papers within 5 days of receipt (or expected receipt).

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges except for damaged or defective items. To request a replacement, contact info@properpapers.com with the required proof and return the original product.

 

 

Privacy

Your use of ProperPapers.com is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at ProperPapers.com/privacy.

 

 

Electronic Communications

By visiting ProperPapers.com or emailing Proper Papers, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Proper Papers is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or products.

 

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice.
